Who we are GetInjuryQuote is operated by Record of Sale LLC, which is not a law firm. With your consent, claims are shared with participating law firms that pay a flat advertising fee.

What we collect Information you give us when you file a claim or call: name, contact details, state, details about your incident and injuries, insurance and medical information, and any files you upload. Phone calls with our automated intake agent may be recorded and transcribed.

How we use it To review your claim, share it with independent attorneys in our network for evaluation, contact you about your claim, and operate and improve the service.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics / Speed Insights to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general device and location, and whether a claim form was started or submitted). We do not send claim details, names, contact information, claim numbers or anything you type into forms to these services, page addresses are sent without query strings, Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and the claim-status (/my-claim) and admin areas are not tracked.
