Is it really free?
There is no cost to submit your claim or for the attorney's initial review. If you hire an attorney, fees are usually contingency-based. The attorney will explain fees and costs in writing before you agree to anything.
Are you a law firm or a lawyer referral service?
No to both. GetInjuryQuote is an advertising and claim-intake service operated by Record of Sale LLC. We do not give legal advice or recommend any particular attorney. With your consent, we share your claim with participating law firms for review.
Who pays for this, and how?
Participating law firms pay Record of Sale LLC a flat advertising fee. The fee is not based on how many claims a firm receives, whether a firm takes your case, or the outcome of any case. We never receive a share of attorney fees or settlements.
Does submitting create an attorney-client relationship?
No. Submitting a claim does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or with any law firm. That only happens once you and a law firm both sign a written agreement.
Can I file by phone?
Yes. Call our toll-free line and our automated, super intelligent assistant (not a person or a lawyer) will take your claim details. Calls are recorded and transcribed. You can ask for a callback from a person at any time.
How long do I have to file?
Legal deadlines vary by state and situation. We cannot advise you on deadlines. Please ask an attorney about your situation as soon as possible.
How do I contact you?

What happens to my information?

Can you tell me what my case is worth?
No. We do not estimate case values or promise results. Every case is different, and only an attorney who reviews the facts can discuss your options.
